La Casa offers opportunities for students and student organizations to acquire leadership and mentoring skills while benefiting the community and campus.

• Becoming a Richard Chavez Ambassador, a volunteer based student leadership position dedicated to enhancing & empowering the mission of La Casa Cultural Latina 
• Becoming an A.C.E (Advising, Connecting, Empowering) Mentor or Mentee, our peer-to-peer mentorship program created for first-year and second-year, Latinx students
• Mentoring through the Pen Pal Program with local elementary school students
• Participating in Conexiones Programming 
• Joining an LCASO Organization
